摘　　要：电子商务作为网络化的新型经济活动,对实体市场不可避免地造成了冲击.义乌从完善基础设施,建设虚拟市场;搭建创业平台,聚集天下网商;壮大经营主体,提升应用层级;发展网络零售,健全商业结构四个方面着手,按照"依托实体市场,虚实融合,强化优势,补齐弱项"的原则,打造"一都两中心",用电子商务来推动传统产业的转型升级.建议建立政府、高校、企业联动机制,发挥电子商务对市场转型的引领作用,实现虚拟市场与实体市场的融合发展.Electronic commerce, as a new type of network economic activity, has made an inevitable impact on physical market. Yiwu uses electronic commerce to push the transformation and upgrading of the traditional industry in these four aspects： perfect infrastructure, construct virtual market; build entrepreneurship platform , gather network business people; strengthen management main body, enhance application level; develop network retail, perfect business structure. Build ＂A City with Two Centers＂ in accordance with the prin- ciple of ＂Relying on the physical market, virtual - real fusion, strengthening the superiority, making up weaknesses＂. We suggest establish the linkage mechanism of government, colleges and universities, and the enterprise, play a leading role of electronic commerce on market transformation to realize a fusion development of the virtu-I market and the physical market.
