国家社会科学基金、自然科学基金专利领域课题状况研究——以1999-2011立项课题为考察对象

摘　　要：文章通过全国哲学社会科学规划办公室网站、国家自然科学基金委员会和中国知网(CNKI),搜集了1999-2011年间专利领域受国家社科基金和国家自科基金资助项目的相关信息,从项目数量变化、不同项目比例、科研机构分布、负责人和成果产出方面进行分析,并且结合存在专利方面成果产出的相关领域的项目,进行统计研究。专利领域的科学研究对推动我国科技创新具有不容忽视的引领作用,目前我国专利科研项目数量相对贫乏,具有相当大的挖掘空间。我国在加大知识产权保护力度的同时,有必要大力提供专利科研项目资助。In this article,through the websites of the National Planning Office of Philosophy and Social Science,the National Natural Science Foundation of China and CNKI,the author has collected the relative information of patent projects subsidized by the National Social Science Fund and the National Natural Science Fund from 1999 to 2011.The author mainly discusses the following aspects： the change of the project quantities,the proportion of the different projects,the distribution of scientific research institutions,persons in charge and the output.In addition,combining with the relative fields related to patent,analysis of the proportion among different fields has been made.Scientific researches of patent are critical to the promotion of China’s scientific and technological innovation.At present,the number of patent research projects is relatively poor;therefore this field has quite big growth space.Our government must spare no effort to encourage patent project report in correspondence with the protection of intellectual property.
