摘　　要：用硫酸二甲酯与β-萘酚在氢氧化钠溶液的作用下制备2-甲氧基-6-溴萘,对其反应条件如反应物滴加方式、反应时间、用量、反应温度条件等进行了探索和研究。结果表明,以2-甲氧基萘∶液溴∶铁粉∶醋酸溶剂的最佳摩尔比投料,在一定的条件下,可得到产率高的2-甲氧基-6-溴萘。2-methoxy-6-bromonaphthalene was prepared with dimethyl sulfate and β-naphthol under the action of the sodium hydroxide solution.The reactants dropwise manner,the reaction time,dosage and the reaction temperature were explored and researched.The results showed that when the optimal molar ratio of 2-methoxynaphthalene： liquid bromine： iron： acetic acid solvent was feed,high yield of 2-methoxy-6-bromonaphthalene was available.
