摘 要:基于硫酸耐尔蓝与十二烷基苯磺酸钠相互作用而导致溶液吸收光谱的变化,用褪色光度法对该体系进行了研究,在pH=4.80缓冲溶液中,硫酸耐尔蓝在595 nm处有一强的特征吸收峰,当在其溶液中加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠后,溶液发生褪色反应,吸光度差值与十二烷基苯磺酸钠浓度成正比。最佳条件下,十二烷基苯磺酸钠浓度在0.5~5 mg/L范围内符合比尔定律,检出限(3σ)为0.16 mg/L。方法用于环境水中十二烷基苯磺酸钠的测定,回收率在98.8%~102.2%。The interaction of sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate(SDBS) and nile blue sulphate was studied by fading spectrophotometric method.In pH=4.80 buffer solution,nile blue sulphate had a strong absorbance at 595 nm and the addition of SDBS into nile blue sulphate solution resulted in the decrease in the absorbance value.The decrease in absorbance value was linear with the concention of SDBS.Under the optimun conditions,Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0.5~5 mg/L,with the detection limit of 0.16 mg/L.The mothed was applied to determine the environmental waters with satisfactory results.The recoveries were 98.8%~102.2%.
