摘　　要：本文将国产Cr/Mo钢滚珠丝杠与国外某同类丝杠进行对比,从材料成分、硬度梯度分布、显微组织等方面进行了检验和分析。结果表明,国产丝杠原材料质量欠佳和热加工工艺尚不合理是与进口丝杠性能存在差距的主要原因之一。In this paper, the quality comparison between the domestic Cr/Mo steel ball screw and the similar imported products was carried on. Through test and analysis of chemical composition, hardness gradient distribution and microstructure etc, it was found that the quality problems of the raw material and the improper heat treatment of the domestic Cr/Mo steel ball screw were the main reasons leading to the performance lower than the imported one.
