安徽高职院校女生厌学体育课的成因与对策研究

摘　　要：本文采用问卷、访谈与文献资料相结合的方法,从安徽省高职院校女生的体育健身功能认知、体育课教学内容、教学硬件、成绩考核标准和体育教师基本素质等方面阐述了厌学体育课的成因,提出了培养女生终身体育思想、适量增加体育专项课、改善体育运动环境、改进体育课成绩评价体系和提高体育教师综合素质等可操作性对策,为加强高职院校女生体育课教学提供参考资料。Using methods combining questionnaire,interview and literature study,this paper expounds the causes for the lack of interest in PE lesson among female students in Anhui’s higher vocational colleges from the aspects of the female students’cognition to the body-building function of PE,the teaching content of PE lesson,teaching hardware,score evaluation standard,PE teachers’basic quality and so on and then advances some operable countermeasures against the phenomenon such as fostering the female students’thought of lifelong sports,providing more physical specialized courses reasonably,improving the sports environment,optimizing the score evaluation system of PE course and enhancing PE teachers’comprehensive quality so as to provide a reference to higher vocational colleges to strengthen their PE teaching on female students.
