可能世界理论视角下《雨里的猫》中美国太太的心理解读

摘　　要：运用可能世界理论,具体分析了《雨里的猫》中所建构的四个情景,推导出主人公愿望世界的形成和落空,解读出小说主人公力求改变现状、改变自我的强烈愿望,以及此种愿望注定无法实现的悲剧结局,进而揭露和批判了美国社会的男女之间的不平等。The paper analyzes the four circumstances constructed in Cat in Rain to narrate the formation of heroine＇s mental world and frustration from possible world theory. It can be analyzed that the heroine tried her best to change the current situation and her strong wish, together with the tragic ending doomed so as to expose and criticize the social inequality between men and women in the United States.
