摘　　要：为了实现对辖区内企业安全生产实时监控管理,提高安全管理效率,有效解决决策困难问题以及规范执法程序,运用计算机、数据库、地理信息、面向对象编程、移动通信等技术,开发符合实际、高效实用、便于学习操作的安全生产监管信息系统,包含基础数据、分级管理、分布管理、综合监管4个功能模块,阐述了各个模块的结构、功能以及实现的关键技术.In order to achieve real-time monitoring and management of the enterprise in juris- diction and improve efficiency to solve difficult, using computer, database, GIS, the object- oriented programming and mobile equipment technologies, an effective, practical, high-effi- ciency, easy-learning and manageable safety production information supervision and manage- ment system shall be established. This system contains four modules as basic data, distribu- tion management, hierarchical management and synthesizing management. This paper de- scribes the structure, function and key technologies of each module.
