清眩舒天方治疗老年收缩期高血压病90例

摘　　要：目的:观察清眩舒天方治疗老年收缩期高血压病的临床疗效。方法:将180例确诊病人随机分为对照组和治疗组各90例。对照组采用尼莫地平胶囊口服治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用清眩舒天方治疗;两组均以4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后比较疗效。结果:两组治疗后血压改善情况、动态血压、症状评分、杜氏量表简表得分与治疗前比较均有显著差异(P﹤0.05);两组组间比较,差异也有显著性(P均<0.05)。结论:清眩舒天方治疗老年收缩期高血压病具有良好的临床疗效。Objective ： To observe the clinical effects of Qingxuan Shutian Prescription in treating systolic hypertention in the eld- erly. Methods： 180 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 90 cases in each group ; The control group was treated with oral Nimodipine Capsule. The treatment group was given Qingxuan Shutian Prescription on the basis of the control group ; Both groups had 4 weeks of treatment, the effects were compared after one course of treatment. Results ： There was a significant difference in the improvement of blood pressure, ambulatory blood pressure, symptom score, Duchenne scale scores of the two groups after the treatment compared with those before the treatment （P 〈 0.05 ） ; and there was a significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Qingxuan Shutian Prescription has a good curative effect.
