摘　　要：目的:探讨大黄不同提取物的泻下作用。方法:用55%的乙醇进行醇渗漉、醇提取,用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定。结果:对大黄不同工艺泻下效果的比较,渗漉加醇工艺比其他工艺效果好。Objective： To investigate the diarrhea role of rhubarb. Methods： 55% ethanol alcohol extraction, content was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results： Comparison of the diarrhea effect of rhubarb different processes, rhubarb extraction process better than other processes.
