柴胡-白芍水煎剂对行为绝望抑郁模型小鼠的影响

摘　　要：目的研究柴胡-白芍水煎剂的抗抑郁作用。方法将50只ICR小鼠随机分为空白对照组,安拿芬尼组,柴胡-白芍水煎剂高、中、低剂量组5组,分别灌胃生理盐水及相应药物,通过观察小鼠自主活动、小鼠悬尾及强迫小鼠游泳实验来评价柴胡-白芍水煎剂的抗抑郁药效。结果柴胡-白芍水煎剂高、中、低剂量均能显著缩短小鼠悬尾不动时间(P<0.05或P<0.01),对小鼠自主活动均无显著影响(P>0.05),柴胡-白芍水煎剂中、低剂量能显著缩短小鼠强迫游泳不动时间(P<0.01)。结论柴胡-白芍水煎剂具有显著的抗抑郁作用,且无中枢兴奋性作用。Objective To investigate the antidepressant action of Chaihu and Baishao Water Decoction.Methods 50 ICR mice were randomly divided into 5 groups：control group,Anafranil group and Chaihu and Baishao Water Decoction high,middle,low dose groups.The mice were administrated by physiological saline and corresponding drugs.Then applied the spontaneous motion test,tail hanging depression model and swimming depression model to evaluate antidepressant effect of Chaihu and Baishao Water Decoction.Results The high,middle,low dose of Chaihu and Baishao Water Decoction could significantly shorten the immobility time of tail suspension test of mice（P0.05 or P0.01）,and no significant effects on the spontaneous motion of mice（P0.05）,and the middle and low dose of Chaihu and Baishao Water Decoction could significantly shorten the immobility time of forced swimming test（P0.01）.Conclusion Chaihu and Baishao Water Decoction has obvious antidepressant effect,and no central stimulant effect.
