摘　　要：压缩机的十字头销、活塞杆常规的加工工艺较繁杂,热处理工序的不合格率较高,通过引进法国舍舍夫低温盐浴氮化工艺后,工艺流程缩短,产品合格率明显提高,材料成本大幅降低,零件的耐磨性和使用寿命有较大提高,产品质量明显提升。The conventional processing for crosshead pin and piston rod of compressors is more complicated,and the failure rate of heat treatment process is higher.After importing the SRUSRLF low-temperature salt bath nitriding process,the process flow is shortened, the product qualification ratio is increased obviously ,the material cost is lowered greatly ,the wear resistance and using-life of parts are improved and the products quality is improved significantly.
