摘 要:目的研究惠州市境内江河突发化学品水污染危害评估方法及事故中医疗应急措施。方法在《广东突发化学中毒事故危害评估与医学应急救援资源系统》的基础上,收集惠州市危险化学源、气象、水文、地形地貌、人口与救援资源分布等资料,建立《惠州市突发江河化学污染危害评估与医学应急救援资源系统》。结果惠州市江河发生突发化学品水污染事故时,应用该系统能比较客观地评估事故的危害程度并生成相应的医疗应急对策。结论该系统可以对惠州市发生的江河化学品水污染事故进行定量危害评估,并为制定医疗救援方案和应急决策提供科学依据。Objective To study the computer - based method for hazards assessment and emergency rescue against chemical water pollution in Huizhou River. Methods The information on the used hazardous chemical materials,meteorology,hydrology, geomorphology and physiognomy, demology and available rescue system in Huizhou were collected and the Simulation Program for Hazards Assessment and Emergency Rescue against Chemical Water Pollution in Huizhou Rivers was studied based on the Guangdong Provincial System for Hazard Evaluation and Medical Rescue Resource. Results If chemical contamination occurrs in Huizhou rivers, the system could make a more comprehensive assessment on the overall hazards and indicate the corresponding medical emergency rescue measures. Conclusion This system is able to qualitatively assess the consequence of water pollution in Huizhou rivers and help determine the emergency-rescue plan and tactics.
