摘　　要：需要感悟、体验、升华才能获得的隐性文化特征来源于民族隐性文化资源,主要包括价值理念、思维方式、心理特征、思想观念、道德判断、审美趣味、宗教信仰等。它们跟显性文化一样,都是随着草原民族的生存和发展而不断形成的,属于意识形态文化资源。意识形态方面的文化差异造成民族的根本差异,这才是草原文化的根。The recessive cultural characteristics which can be obtained by comprehension, experience and sub- limation originated from ethnic recessive cultural resources including value concept, thinking model, value theory, psychological characteristics, ideas, moral judgment, aesthetic taste and religious belief. Just like the dominant culture, they developed with the survival and development of the prairie nationalities. The national fundamental difference caused by the ideological cultural resources is the root of grassland culture.
