Construction Layout Schemes for Shaft Penstock Installation and Concrete Lining at Paomaping Hydropower Station on Yazui River

摘  要:由于招标图纸较为简单,在水利水电工程现场实际施工过程中,常常因地形原因导致原有施工布置需要重新调整或优化,再加上中小型水电站因地形因素布置一般较为紧凑,依据现场实际情况重新调整或优化时难度较大。针对鸭嘴河跑马坪电站前池和竖井布置紧凑、施工区域狭窄、存在交叉作业等实际情况,充分考虑了工期、成本、安全因素,对该区域施工布置进行了方案比选和调整,在确保安全的前提下,取得了较好的施工进度和经济效益。In construction of water resources and hydropower project,because bidding drawings are relatively simple,so in site construction,adjustment and optimization for original construction layout often are required due to site topography.In addition,construction layout is usually compact for medium-sized and small-sized hydropower stations due to topography,therefore,adjustment and optimization according to site conditions are very difficult.In this paper,to cope with compact layout of forebay and shaft,narrow construction area and interfere operations at Paomaping hydropower station on Yazui river,option selection and adjustment are performed for construction layout in this area by fully considering construction period,cost and safety factors.Construction progress and economic benefits are gained under safety condition.
