剖析对峡东陡山沱组瓶状微化石的曲解

摘　　要：前寒武纪瓶状微化石在我国主要分布于湖北省境内。对峡东陡山沱组瓶状微化石 ,有人曾提出过异议。笔者在文中对因方位不同的切磨导致的瓶状微化石的各种形态差异 (如横切面、弦切面等 )做了详尽的解释 ,以确证该类化石在峡东陡山沱组的存在 ,而并非所谓的“沉积构造”或“核形石”Some Precambrian vase shaped microfossils(abbr.VSM's) in eastern Yangtze Gorges were studied by writer et al(Duan et Cao,1989; Cao,1996,1998) in resent years. The typical horizon is the Doushantuo Formation of the lower unit of the Upper Sinian. The VSM's are preserved in chert, silicate and phosphorite nodules of the Wangfenggang and Tianjiayuanzi sections. Zhang Zhongying(1994)considered that they are not vase shaped microfossils, but a kind of “sedimentary structure”. His mistaken conclusion is from that he only saw the polished parts of the individuals in thin sections, (e.g.the cross section, the tangential section ) but not fully understand the whole shape of the fossil(fig.1).
