灯盏花素联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨灯盏花素注射液联合甲钴胺注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法选取2010年8月至2011年5月间2型糖尿病伴周围神经病变患者共88例,随机分为实验组(40例)和对照组(48例)。实验组分别用灯盏花素注射液75 mg/d和甲钴胺注射液1.0 mg/d静脉滴注,对照组单用甲钴胺注射液1.0 mg/d静脉滴注,疗程皆为2周。观察治疗前后症状、体征变化及神经反射,肌电图检查腓总神经和正中神经的运动神经传导速度和感觉神经传导速度。结果实验组总有效率93.75%,明显优于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);肌电图正中神经和腓总神经的运动神经传导速度和感觉神经传导速度治疗后均明显改善,其中实验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论灯盏花素注射液与甲钴胺注射液联用可改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者的症状和体征,提高DPN患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of breviscapine and methylcobalam on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Eighty-eight type 2 diabetes patients with peripheral neuropathy collected from August 2010 to May 2011 were randomly assigned into experiment group（48 cases） and control group（40 cases）.The experiment group was treated with 75 mg /d breviscapine and 1.0 mg/d methylcobalam by intravenous drip.The control group was treated only with 1.0 mg/d methylcobalam.The course of treatment was 2 weeks in both groups.The symptoms,physical signs and nerve reflex were observed,EMG was used to detect nerve conduction velocity of peroneal nerve and median nerve＇s sensory or sport fiber before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of experiment group（93.75%） was significantly higher than the control group（80.00%）,（P0.05）.The nerve conduction velocities of peroneal nerve and median nerve＇s sensory or sport fiber were significantly improved after treatment,and the experiment group was better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Breviscapine and methylcobalam can be used to improve symptoms and signs of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
