摘 要:目的探讨孕期营养个体化供给对妊娠结局和新生儿状况的影响。方法随机将2011年1月至2012年1月产科门诊定期产检的正常单胎初产妇960例分为研究组和对照组,对照组按照孕期保健常规系统产检,研究组孕妇在正规系统产检基础上进一步接受个体化营养指导,比较两组的母婴结局。结果研究组剖宫产率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组新生儿总体情况好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孕期营养个体化供给有利于改善妊娠结局、控制新生儿体质量。Objective To evaluate the effect of individualized nutrition supply during pregnancy on the pregnancy outcome and newborns.Methods A cohort of 960 primiparas with single fetal and normal fetal position were enrolled and divided into two groups randomly.The study group received individualized nutrition supply during pregnancy and the control group received regular physical examination only.The pregnancy outcome was compared between the two groups.Results The cesarean section rate of the study group was obviously lower than the control group(P0.05),and the status of the study group was better than the control group in general(P0.05).Conclusion Individualized nutrition supply during pregnancy is beneficial to improving pregnancy outcomes and to controlling the weight of newborns.
