摘 要:采用响应曲面法中心组合设计对中和铁盐法处理高砷酸性废水工艺过程进行设计并分析了稀释倍数、铁砷摩尔比、pH值及其交互作用对滤液砷含量的影响,建立了关于滤液砷含量的数学模型。方差分析表明,铁砷摩尔比、pH值对滤液砷含量有较显著影响,建立的数学模型拟合度良好,获得优化工艺参数为稀释倍数1.3、铁砷摩尔比为4、pH值为4,实际值与模型预测值相差0.02%,经处理后废水中砷含量为0.35 mg/L。结果表明模型预测结果可靠有效,应用响应曲面法优化得到中和铁盐法处理高砷废水工艺条件合理可行。The process of neutralizing iron salt for treating high arsenic waste water with acidity is designed by response surface methodology central composite experimental design(CCD).And the effect of dilution ratio,iron arsenic moore ratio,pH value and their interaction on the arsenic content in filtrate thus a mathematical model related with arsenic content in filtrate is obtained.The analysis of variance(ANOVA) shows that iron arsenic molar ratio and pH have the most significant influences on the arsenic content in filtrate.The established mathematical model fitting is good and the optimized process parameters are obtained as following: dilution ratio is 1.3,iron arsenic molar ratio 4,and pH value 4 respectively,the difference between actual value and predicted value is 0.02%.After the neutralizing iron salt process treating high arsenic waste water with acidity,the arsenic in the solution is 0.35 mg/L.The results show that predictive model is accurate and effective and the process condition of neutralizing iron salt for treating high arsenic waste water with acidity obtained by response surface methodology optimization is reasonable and feasible.
