摘　　要：大庆石化公司低压聚乙烯装置1台不锈钢换热器换热管多次发生泄漏,通过对泄漏换热管进行宏观检查、微观检测、能谱分析,确定了该不锈钢换热器失效的主要原因是304不锈钢在含Cl-的盐水介质里耐点蚀能力较差,并实施了相应的改进措施。The tubes of a stainless steel heat-exchanger of Daqing Petrochemical Company HDPE Plant leaked several times. The macro-test,micro-test and energy spectrum analysis were made,and it was determined that the main cause for the failure of this SS heat-exchanger is poor pitting corrosion resistance of 304 SS in Cl-containing salt water,and improvement measures were implemented.
