从维和二级医院手术室布局探讨野战条件下手术室的建设

摘　　要：目的应联合国"维和行动中卫勤保障单位的标准要与会员国平时的医疗保健的标准基本一致"这一要求,对维和二级医院的各个诊室进行了布局及设备的配置。方法本着无菌要求,充分利用空间,按照功能、性质将手术室五间相连的简易铁皮房屋进行了组合划分。结果对布局进行压缩后仍严格遵循了限制区安排在最内侧、半限制区在中间、非限制区在最外侧的原则,为手术展开提供了良好便捷的环境。结论维和二级医院的建设更加合理化,成为维护维和部队官兵身心健康的重要场所。Objective Under the requirements of standard for peacekeeping medical support unit of the United Nations and coincided with the usual standard for medical care,the layout of clinics and equipment in peacekeeping secondary hospital had been designed.Methods Under the aseptic requirements,five adjacent simple metal housings were set for operation according to their function and nature.Results The layout of area after compression is still strictly arranged,restricted area was arranged in the inner side,semi-restricted area in the middle and non-restricted area in the lateral side,thus it might provide a good and convenient environment for operation.Conclusion The reasonable construction for peacekeeping level secondary hospital is important,and it may become an important place for maintenance of physical and mental health for peacekeepers.
