炎琥宁联合酚妥拉明佐治婴幼儿毛细支气管炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨炎琥宁联合酚妥拉明佐治婴幼儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析近年来收治的150例毛细支气管炎患儿的临床资料。将150例患儿随机分成治疗组75例,在常规治疗的基础上加用炎琥宁及酚妥拉明;对照组75例,仅给予常规治疗。结果治疗组治愈92例,好转5例,治愈率为92.00%;对照组治愈49例,好转25例,治愈率为65.33%;治疗组治愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组咳喘症状减轻、肺部啰音消失时间均早于对照组,住院天数少于对照组,组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论炎琥宁治疗炎琥宁联合酚妥拉明佐治婴幼儿毛细支气管炎临床疗效确切,值得推广使用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate combined with phentolamine in treatment of infantile patients with bronchiolitis.Methods The clinical data of 150 infantile cases of bronchiolitis treated in this hospital during recent years were retrospectively analyzed.All 150 patients were randomly divided into trial group（n=75） and control group（n=75）.Patients in trial group were additionally treated with potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate and phentolamine on the basis of conventional treatment,and 75 cases in control group were only treated with routine therapy.Results After treatment,92 cases in trial group were cured,5 cases improved,and the cure rate was 92%;and 49 cases in control group were cured,25 cases improved,and the cure rate was 65.33%;and the curative effect between these two groups was statistically significant（P0.01）.The symptoms of asthma in cases of trial group were alleviated,and the disappearance of pulmonary rales were earlier than that of control group,and the duration of hospitalization was shorter than that of control group.According to statistical analysis,there was significant difference between them（P0.01）.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Yanhuning（potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate） combined with phentolamine in treatment of infantile patients with bronchiolitis is significant and it is worthy to be popularized.
