摘　　要：在互联网日渐成为大众信息传播交往平台的社会条件下,公安机关必须重视和加强自身的网络传播能力建设,树立网上良好的执政形象。这既是网络时代对公安执法能力的客观要求,也是公安机关实现转型,更好地为公众服务的迫切需要。确立科学的理念、优化网络传播内容、建立健全网络传播管理体制和网络传播平台以及加强与网民的沟通是提高公安机关网络传播能力的主要路径。Under the social conditions of internet increasingly becoming the platform of mass dissemination of information, public security organs must strengthen and attach importance to constructing their own network communication capabilities, establish better image in power on the internet. It is not only the objective requirement of network era to public security organs but also the urgent need of achieving transformation and providing better services for the public. The main path of promoting network dissemination capability of public security organs is to establish scientific ideas, optimize network dissemination content, improve network communication management system and strengthen communication with netizens.
