摘　　要：官员"走穴"是权力寻租与官商勾结的一种形式,看似合法的官员"走穴"行为实则披着腐败的外衣。官员"走穴"有其自身的成因和危害,如何去防止和避免以官员"走穴"为形式的腐败行为是廉政建设的一个重要任务。The moonlighting of government officials is a form of rent-seeking and collusion between the officials and businessmen.It is a type of corruption in a lawful disguise.The moonlighting of government officials has its own causes and harms.And it is the task of a clean government to find out the way to prevent officials’ moonlighting and corruption.
