摘　　要：在讨论土地详查数据更新重要性和手段、B/ S体系结构 GIS等问题基础上 ,设计了基于 Internet和 GIS技术 ,面向地县乡三级应用的B/ S模式的土地详查信息系统方案。方案具数据分布式、三级系统耦合和基于四层数据库模式的 Internet多层应用体系结构等特点 ,可达到详查数据动态、现势的目的。After discussion on the importance and the method of renewing the data of detailed land survey, and B/S architecture of GIS,the author designs the plan of detailed land investigation B/S system for region (city), county and township based on Internet and GIS technology. The plan is characterized by distributed data, three level system coupling and Internet multi layer application system with a four layer data bank model. And the detailed land survey data can be changed and updated.
