摘　　要：为了有效地提高点焊工艺设计的效率,提出了将焊接专家系统应用于点焊工艺设计过程的思想。按照专家系统的构建步骤,开发了基于Visual Prolog软件的点焊工艺专家系统,最后对各模块进行了介绍。结果表明,它能有效地进行焊接工艺参数的选取。In order to improve the efficiency of spot welding process designing, the idea of using welding expert system is put forward. According to the expert system construction steps, the spot welding expert system based on Visual Prolog software is developed, and each module was introduced in the end. The results show that it can help us select welding process parameter effectively.
