摘 要:针对非接触密封在快速启动过程中易发生热效应引起的密封失效故障,提出了考虑倾斜情况的弹性补偿单元支撑的非接触机械密封瞬态热效应分析模型,它包括瞬态Reynolds方程、能量方程、运动方程等;采用有限差分方法,获得了全部微分方程的差分格式,以此数值模拟了非接触机械密封受外部轴向冲击载荷下密封间隙中油膜的最大压力、最高温度以及最小油膜厚度等的瞬态响应。计算结果表明,随着轴向冲击载荷的增加,密封间压力响应的幅值、最高温升都增加,最小油膜厚度减小;补偿单元静态载荷越大瞬态响应至稳态的时间越短;静载荷越小最高温度的增量越大、最小油膜厚度的变化量也越大。The introduction of the full paper discusses a number of papers in the open literature; then it proposes the theoretical exploration mentioned in the title, which is presented in sections 1 through 3 in the full paper and whose core consists of: ( 1 ) the transient thermal effect model of the non-contact mechanical seal is established ; the model consists of the transient Reynolds equation, energy equation and the equation of motion; (2)the above-men- tioned model' s equations are solved with the finite difference method ; ( 3 ) the transient response characteristics with different axial impact loads are simulated; (4) the characteristic parameters include the maximum film pres- sure, the maximum temperature and the minimum film thickness. The calculated results, given in Figs. 2 through 7, and their analysis show preliminarily that : ( 1 ) both the maximum film pressure and the maximum temperature increase with increasing axial impact load; (2) the minimum film thickness decreases with increasing impact load; (3) the transient response time decreases with increasing load of the elastic compensate element ; (4) both the in- crement of the maximum temperature and that of minimum film thickness increase with increasing load of elastic compensate component.
