摘　　要：利用有限元程序ANSYS对YL-12 000 kW烟气轮机传动膜片进行了应力分析,给出了膜片工作中存在的4种应力的计算结果,并分析比较了4种应力对膜片疲劳寿命的影响。其结果对烟气轮机金属膜片疲劳寿命提供了参考。The stress analysis for circular metal diaphragm of the YL - 12000kW flue gas turbine is carried out by means of finite element software ANSYS. The four kinds of stress calculation results in the diaphragm are given. The influence of the four kinds stress on fatigue life is analyzed. The reference of diaphragm fatigue is provided.
