摘  要:2010年,山东某规模化猪场2月龄仔猪群暴发未知疫病,发病率在80%以上、死亡率在50%以上。结合临床症状、剖检病变,以及PCR或RT-PCR检测,证实该猪场发生PCV-2与高致病性PRRSV混合感染。并且细菌病排查证实还混合感染了猪肺疫。通过对感染的PCV-2ORF2基因、PRRSV Nsp2基因部分序列进行分析显示,PCV-2毒株进化来源差异较大,毒株间核苷酸序列同源性仅为94.2%,但均属于2b基因型,在我国均广泛流行;高致病性PRRSV毒株序列同源性在99.7%以上,说明毒株进化来源同一,并且与近期报道毒株序列的同源性在99%以上,而与2006年分离毒株的序列同源性在95.8%~97.2%之间。以上结果表明,该猪场感染了不同进化来源的PCV-2,所感染的高致病性PRRSV高度同源,但相比2006年报道毒株已经发生一定程度的变异。The outbreak of an unknown disease among piglets resulted in more than 80% morbidity and 50% mortality in a large-scale pig industry in Shandong province.The co-infection of PCV-2 and high-pathogenic PRRSV were identified according to the clinical symptoms,pathological changes and PCR or RT-PCR detection results.Swine Pasteurella was also identified using the bacteria cultivation,Gram stain,Giemsa stain,and biochemical test.Then the variations were analyzed based on ORF2 gene of PCV-2 and Nsp2 partial gene of PRRSV.The results showed that the nucleotide identity between the isolated PCV-2 strains is 94.2%,and the nucleotide identity between the isolated PRRSV strains is 99.7%.Furthermore,the nucleotide identity between the isolated PRRSV strains and the latest reported viruses is 99%,but from 95.8% to 97.2% with viruses reported in 2006.In conclusion,co-infection of PCV-2 and high-pathogenic PRRSV occurred in this large-scale piggery,and the infected PCV-2 strains were derived from different origins while the infected high-pathogenic PRRSVs were highly homologous but the nucleotide variations occurred when compared to virus strains that reported in 2006.
