趋势定位法在电网关口故障电量计算中的应用

摘  要:电网关口电能计量装置故障期间电量的追补方式关系到购、售电方经济利益,应引起足够的重视。目前主流的方法是提取对侧的参考电量作为计算依据,但若出现无法得到对侧参考点的电量数据及用户不支持等情况时,该方法便难以实施。运用趋势定位法,可以很好地对故障时段的负荷曲线进行还原,获得真实正确的电量数据,从而为购、售电双方提供最准确、及时的计算结果。The energy supplementing during the fault of energy metering equipment at power exchange point in power grid has great relation to the economic benefit of seller and buyer and thus should be paid enough attention to. The popular method is to take the reference energy quantity at the other side as calculation basis,which cannot be used when the reference energy quantity data cannot be obtained or customers don't support. The trend positioning method can recover the load curve during the fault and obtain the real and correct energy quantity data so that it can provide accurate and timely calculation results for the seller and the buyer.
