摘 要:通过实施主变压器(简称主变)套管带电测试技术检测设备运行状况,减少主变预防性试验停电的时间和次数,提高了供电可靠性。实施对主变套管末屏进行必要改造,对改造后的套管采用相对测量法进行带电测试,测量同相套管的介损差值和电容比值。测得的介损差值、电容比值数据稳定,重现性好,同相同基准的3次测量读数几乎没有变化。套管带电测试技术能较好地反映主变套管的运行状况,满足规程要求,能够实现主变套管的状态检修。The application of transformer bushing live line test technology at inspecting equipment operation status can reduce the power off time & frequency at transformer's preventive test,and thus improve power supply reliability. In order to apply the live line test method, the bushing tap of transformer should be modified, and then the relative measurement method can be used to test the dielectric loss difference and capacity ratio of the same phase. The data obtained is stable and with good repeatability which has almost same readings in three tests with the same phase and the same criterion. The bushing live line test technology can reflect the real operation status of transformer and satisfy the requirement of regulation so that it can realize the condition based maintenance of transformer bushing.
