摘　　要：可靠的绕组质量是大型高速发电机质量的保证。通过对转子线圈制造工艺的改进,有效地提高了线圈的制造质量,帮助企业突破了发展的瓶颈问题,使企业从当初只能生产500 kW单机的能力,提升到目前生产3 200 kW的能力,获得了很好的经济效果。The relible winding quality is the guarantee of large and high speed generator. The manufacture quality of winding is improved effctively by the modification of the manufacture process of rotor winding,which break the development bottleneck of the enterprise. The enterprise can improve the manufacture ability from the 500kW generator to the 3200kW generator,and thus achieves good economic benefit.
