摘  要:利用现场故障录波装置的录波报告,对一起220 kV线路纵联距离保护区外故障时误动事故进行分析。判断出保护误动是因为纵联距离保护通道异常。通过一系列严谨细致的检查和试验,找出造成通道异常的直接原因是线路一侧TCF-10B型收发信机RF插件元器件性能不稳定,导致闭锁信号波形异常。提出了相应的防范和处理措施。A misoperation accident of 220 kV transmission line pilot distance protection by external fault is analyzed based on the field recorder reports from fault recorder, and it is estimated that the channel abnormity of pilot distance protection led to the misoperation. By a series of precise and careful inspection and test, it is found that the direct reason is the instable component performance of RF plugin in TCF-10B type transceiver which led to the waveform abnormity of blocking signal. The corresponding prevention and treatment measures are proposed.
