摘　　要：目的:研究红花芒毛苣苔Aeschynanthus moningeriae的化学成分。方法:利用Diaion HP-20,Toyopearl HW-40,Sephadex LH-20,MCI-Gel CHP-20,RP18及硅胶等柱色谱法对红花芒毛苣苔中的化学成分进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从中分离鉴定了12个化合物,分别为5,7-二羟基-8-C-β-D-葡萄糖色酮碳苷(1),5-羟基-7,4'-二甲氧基黄酮(2),2,3,19,24-四羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(3),2,3,19,24-四羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸-28-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4),5-羟基-6,4'-二甲氧基-7-[α-L-鼠李糖-1→6]-O-β-D-葡萄糖黄酮苷(5),5,7,3',4'-四羟基-6-C-β-D-葡萄糖黄酮醇碳苷(6),5,7-二羟基-6-C-β-D-葡萄糖二氢黄酮碳苷(7);5,7,3',4'-四羟基-6-C-β-D-葡萄糖二氢黄酮醇碳苷(8),胡萝卜苷(9),豆甾醇(10),β-谷甾醇(11),3-O-β-D-葡萄糖豆甾醇苷(12)。结论:化合物1为新化合物,其他化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective： To study chemical constituents contained in Aeschynanthus moningeriae. Method： The chemical con- stituents were separated and purified by column chromatographic methods such as Diaion HP-20, Toyopearl HW-40, Sephadex LH-20, MCI-Gel CHP-20, RP18 and normal phase silica gel. Their structures were identified on the basis of physiochemical property and spec- tral techniques （^1H, ^13C-NMR, DEPT, ^1H-^1H COSY, HSQC, HMBC, HR-MS）. Result： Twelve compounds were separated and identified as 5,7-dihydroxy-8-C--β-D-glucosyl-ehromone （ 1 ）, 5-hydroxyl-7,4＇-dimethoxyl-flavone （2）, 2,3,19,24-tetrahydroxy-urs- 12-en-28-oic acid （3）, 2,3,19, 24-tetrahydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid ester-28-O-β-D-gucoside （4） , 5-hydroxyl-6,4＇-dimethoxyl-7- O- [ α-L-rhamnosyl- （ 1→6） ] -β-D-glucopyranosyl-flavone （ 5 ）, 5,7,3＇, 4 ＇-tetrahydroxy-6-C-β-D-glucosyl-flavonol （ 6 ）, 5,7 -dihydroxy- 6-C-β-D-glueosyl-flavonones （ 7 ）, 5,7,3＇, 4＇-tetrahydroxy-6-C-β-D-glucosyl-dihydroflavonol （ 8 ）, daucosterol （ 9 ）, stigmasterol （10）, 13-sitosterol （11）, and 3-O-β-D-glucosyl-stigmasterol （12）. Conclusion： Compound 1 is a new compound, while other com- pounds were separated from this plant for the first time.
