摘　　要：在图书馆藏书建设理论研究发生变化的今天,藏书建设已逐步被文献资源建设所代替,这种变化是藏书建设实践发展所决定的,因而,很有必要对文献资源建设理论加以认真的考虑和给予新的认定,这对于文献资源建设理论和文献资源建设实践具有重要指导作用。Research on library hard copy collection development theory has cnangea nowataays, and the hard copy of literature development has gradually been replaced by resource development. This change is determined by the advance in hard copy collection practices. Therefore, it is necessary to carefully consider and identify the theory of literature resource development. It has an important role in guiding literature construction theory as well as in literature resource development.
