摘　　要：随着组织架构和管理内容日趋复杂,对医院的经营管理也提出了更加严格和更高层次的要求。信息化成为增强医院应变能力的"加速器",并且为医院提升管理水平和能力提供了1个更为广阔的平台。文章综合运用了医院信息资料管理系统战略规划、软硬件平台的设计和实现等交叉学科的知识,从理论、方法和支撑技术上对医院的资料信息管理系统进行了较深入、全面的探讨。With the organization structure and management content is getting more and more complicated, the hospital management become more strict and higher level of：requirements. Information become the enhancement hospital strain capacity ＂accelerator＂, and to promote the management level and ability to hospital provides a broad platform. In this paper, the comprehensive use of the hospital information management system of strategic planning, software and hardware platform design and realization of the knowledge of the cross subject, from the theory, method and support to the hospital on technology information management system in- depth and comprehensive discussion.
