摘 要:为研究方钢管钢骨混凝土柱与钢梁端板螺栓连接节点的抗震性能,进行了5个节点拟静力试验研究,分析了端板厚度、螺栓直径、混凝土强度和轴压比等因素对承载力、弯矩-转角曲线、耗能能力、承载力衰退、刚度退化、延性以及破坏模式的影响。研究结果表明:方钢管钢骨混凝土柱与钢梁端板螺栓连接节点均属于半刚性节点,初始转动刚度随着端板厚度和螺栓直径增大而提高,但节点的极限转动能力随着端板厚度的增大而减小;当承载力由端板或钢梁控制时,其具有良好的转动和耗能能力;试件承载力退化系数在0.8~1.0之间,变化幅度不大,刚度退化相比荷载退化严重;设计中应避免高强螺栓发生脆性破坏。In order to investigate the seismic behavior tubular column connections, five specimens were tested bolt diameter, concrete strength and axial compression of steel beam to steel-reinforced concrete filled square steel by quasi-static tests. The influences of end-plate thickness, ratio on the load-carrying capacity, moment-rotation curve, energy dissipation capacity, load degradation, rigidity degradation, ductility and ultimate failure modes of end-plate connections were analyzed. The experimental results show that these new type of composite connections belong to the category of semi-rigid connections, and the initial rotational stiffness of connections increase with end-plate thickness and bolt diameter, but the utmost rotational capacity of connections decrease with end-plate thickness. The connection shows excellent behavior in terms of ductility and energy dissipation when the strength of connection is controlled by end-plate or steel beam. The load degradation coefficients of all specimens are between 0. 8 and 1.0, varying within a narrow range. Compared with load degradation, the rigidity of specimens degrades seriously. Moreover, the high strength bolt should avoid brittle failure in the design procedure.
