摘　　要：分析了影响黄河下游断流的气象因素 ,结果表明 :降雨量减少造成产流量减少是影响黄河下游断流的重要原因 ;气温升高 ,蒸发量增大 ,造成农业灌溉等用水增加 ,加剧了黄河水资源的供需矛盾 ;而各区间耗水量的增加 。This paper analyzes the meteorological factors of the cut off in the Lower Yellow River. The results show that the decrease of rainfall causing runoff is an important reason of the cut off in the Lower Yellow River; Both of air temperature rising and evaporation increasing caused the water consumption of agriculture irrigation increasing and sharpened the contradiction between supply and demand for water resources; The increase of water consumption in each area leads to the decrease of the inflow in the lower river course ,that is the main factor of the cut off in the Lower Yellow River.
