摘 要:采用超滤-反渗透处理污水厂二级出水,其中将超滤作为预处理,结果发现,反渗透膜对无机离子的去除率较高。CODMn去除率达到了96%以上;TDS去除率保持在91%左右;碱度、Ca2+、Mg2+、NH4+-N平均去除率分别在90%、98%、98%、90%左右;PO43-的去除率基本达到了100%;SO42-、Cl-的平均去除率分别在97%、90%左右。出水各项指标均能达到循环冷却水用再生水的标准,可成功用于热电厂的循环冷却水。UF-RO system was used to treat the secondary effluent in municipal wastewater treatment plane with UF utilized as pretreatment process.The results showed that RO membrane had a higher removal ability of inorganic ions,in which the CODMn removal rate and TDS removal efficiency reached 96% and 91%,respectively.The average removal rates of alkalinity,Ca2+,Mg2+,NH4+-N were 90%,98%,98%,90%,respectively.The PO43-removal rate reached 100%,while the average removal efficiencies of SO42-,Cl-were 97%,90%,respectively.Finally the effluent treated by UF-RO could be successfully used as the circulating cooling water of power generation industries based on that major water quality parameters of effluent could meet well standards of the circulating cooling water.
