摘 要:压实是沥青路面生产建设中的关键环节,为了研究沥青混合料压实特性及其影响因素,文中结合沥青混合料旋转压实(SGC)曲线,分析了沥青混合料压实特征不同参数(压实能量指数CEI,混合料旋转压实曲线两个平均斜率K1、K2)的物理意义,并且进一步研究了混合料压实特征参数与沥青混合料材料组成(级配、沥青用量)及成型温度之间的关系。研究发现,中值级配的混合料在施工过程中较其它级配更容易被压实,而随着油石比的增加,混合料的可压实性表现出线性增长的趋势,另外,研究也发现混合料只有在合适的温度范围才有较好的可压实性,并非温度越高越好。The compaction is the key link in production and construction of asphalt pavement. In order to research the compaction property of asphalt mixture and it's influencing factors, this paper analyzed different parameters' physical meanings of the compaction property (compaction energy index CEI, two average slope k1 , ·K2 of gyratory compaction densification curve), combined with the gyratory compaction densification curve of the asphalt pavement(SCX2), and further studied the relationship between the parameters of compaction property and material composition (gradation, asphalt content) as well as the compaction temperature of asphalt mixture. In this study, we found that the median grade of mixture can be compacted more easily than other grade. Along with the increase of asphalt-aggregate ratio, the compactability of the mixture increased. In addition, we also found that mixture can be compacted well just in a appropriate temperature range, not the higher temperature the better.
