摘 要:目的:考察瘤果槲寄生及其3种寄主植物齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量的关系。方法:采用HPLC法对瘤果槲寄生及其寄主植物齐墩果酸、熊果酸含量进行测定,齐墩果酸、熊果酸采用乙醇超声提取30 min,用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18柱,甲醇-乙腈-0.05%醋酸铵溶液(12∶67∶21)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长210 nm。结果:齐墩果酸和熊果酸的线性范围分别为3.91~313 mg·L-1(r=0.999 8)和8.15~652 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9),与峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为99.27%和99.75%。结论:瘤果槲寄生含齐墩果酸,不含熊果酸。瘤果槲寄生与其寄主齐墩果酸含量没有直接关系,为其自身固有。OBJECTIVE To analyze the component correlation of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid between Viscum ovalifolium DC and its three kinds of host trees. METHODS Oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were extracted with ethanol solution by ultra- sound for 30 minutes, and they were determined by HPLC. Agilent C18 column(250 mm×4. 6 mm,5 μm)was used for the de- termination, with a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1 and column temperature of 25 ℃. The mobile phase was methanol acetonitrile- 0. 05% solution of ammonium acetate (12:67:21) and detection wave length was 210 nm. RESULTS There were good linearity in the range of 3.91 - 313 mg·L^-1 (r= 0. 999 8)and 8. 15 - 652 mg·L^-1 (r= 0. 999 9) for oleanolic acid and ursolic acid respec tively, and the average recovery rates were 97.27% and 99.75% respectively. CONCLUSION Oleanolic acid is accumulated and ursolic acid is not accumulated in Viacum ovalifolium DC. The contents of oleanolic acid that from Viscurn ovalifolium DC and its host trees have no direct relationship, suggesting that oleanoiic acid may be the inherent component of Viscum ovalifoli- um DC. , not the accumulation that from its host trees.
