苄星青霉素中N,N′-二苄基乙二胺和青霉素的HPLC法测定

摘　　要：苄星青霉素为青霉素（1）的N,N＇-二苄基乙二胺（2）盐，又名长效西林，肌注后缓慢游离出1而发挥抗菌作用，主要用于预防风湿热复发，也可用于控制链球菌感染的流行。中国药典2005年版（ChP2005）和美国药典30版（USP30）采用HPLC法测定苄星青霉素中的1，采用非水滴定法测定2，An HPLC method was established for the determination of N,N＇-dibenzyletlaylenediamine anti benzylpenicillin in benzathine benzylpenicillin. A Phenomenex Luna C,8（2） column was used with the mobile phase of 0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution （adjust to pH 5.1 with potassium hydroxide solution）-acetonitrile （83 ： 17） at the detection wavelength of 220 nm. The calibration curves for N,N＇-dibenzylethylenediamine and benzylpenicillin were linear in the ranges of 0.03 - 0.51 mg/ml and 0.07 - 1.45 mg/ml. Their average recoveries were both 100.1%, with RSDs of 0.67 % and 0.83 %.
