摘 要:以燃烧法合成了CaAl2O4∶Eu2+,Nd3+,RE3+紫色长余辉发光材料。实验结果表明,掺杂辅助激活剂Pr3+和Ce3+对CaAl2O4∶Eu2+,Nd3+磷光体发光性能有明显影响。掺杂Pr3+的CaAl2O4∶Eu2+,Nd3+样品的发射峰蓝移;掺杂Ce3+的CaAl2O4∶Eu2+,Nd3+样品的发射峰红移。Pr3+或Ce3+掺杂,可以提高CaAl2O4∶Eu2+,Nd3+磷光体的初始亮度,Pr3+或Ce3+在其中起到增加陷阱密度,提高发光亮度的作用。Eu^2+、Nd^3+ and RE3+ doped calcium aluminate phosphors with high brightness and purple long afterglow are synthesized by combustion method.The experimental results showed that assistant activator Pr^3+ and Ce^3+ dopant has significant effect on the persistent luminesce CaAl2O4∶Eu^2+,Nd^3+ phosphors.The emission peaks of CaAl2O4∶Eu^2+,Nd^3+ samples doping Pr^3+ were blue-shifted,and ones of CaAl2O4∶Eu^2+,Nd^3+ samples doping Ce^3+ red shifted.Pr^3+ or Ce^3+ dopant could increase the initial brightness of CaAl2O4∶Eu^2+,Nd^3+ phosphors,and they may play the role of enhancing the trap density and improving luminescent strength in it.
