摘 要:塌方是水工隧洞施工过程较为常见的工程事故之一,而顶拱塌方是塌方事故中较难处理的一种.根据官地水电站右岸导流洞进口塌方段回填处理措施,建立最大塌方段的断面计算模型,仿真分析了施工开挖、顶拱塌方段回填和下闸封堵等过程,针对回填混凝土与围岩间的接合状态、衬砌混凝土的抗剪断参数等展开了衬砌结构的安全复核.计算结果表明:回填混凝土与围岩间的粘结强度对衬砌结构受力有重要影响,在顶部回填混凝土与外水压力的共同作用下,衬砌混凝土左右两侧拱座位置是潜在破坏区域,应防止其发生剪断破坏.Collapses are far common accidents during the construction process of hydraulic tunnel.And the collapses at top arch zone are more difficult to deal with.Based on the refilling treatment for the collapse which appeared at the right bank construction diversion tunnel’s entrance of Guandi hydropower station,a series of intensive emulation analysis have been carried out,in which the behavior of excavation,backfilling and the locking-up of the construction diversion tunnel are studied.Meanwhile,further check calculation of structure safety of the lining has been done under different contact statuses between backfill concrete and surrounding rock.And different shear strengths of the lining concrete are adopted.Some conclusions are drawn as follows:the bonding strength between the backfill concrete and surrounding rock has an important influence on the lining internal force.Moreover,there are potential failure zones at the arch abutment of the lining both side resulting from the weight of the backfill concrete and external water pressure;and it is suggested to take some reinforcements to prevent shear failure.
