摘 要:堆煤引起的仓壁内外温差和仓壁侧压力是大直径整体式筒仓设计中2个控制性荷载,合理地确定它们至关重要.在已建成的120m直径筒仓内布设传感器,实测了堆煤引起的筒仓内壁温度随时间的变化,以及仓壁侧压力随高度的变化.还使用库伦土压力理论推导了侧压力的理论预测公式,取得的主要结果是:内壁温度高达38℃,实测侧压力与堆煤高度基本呈线性关系,平均侧压力系数为0.46.而侧压力的理论预测值比实测小5%左右.The inside-outside temperature difference and the lateral wall pressure due to coal storage are two control loads in designing large diameter circular coal silo.It is very important to determine them rationally.This paper measures the variation of the inside-outside temperature difference with time and the variation of the lateral wall pressure with height in a 120 mdiameter circular coal silo.The analytical formula for predicting lateral wall pressure is derived using Coulomb soil pressure theory.The in-situ measurement results are:the temperature difference in the inside wall is 38℃;the lateral wall pressure varies linearly with the height;and the average lateral pressure coefficient is 0.46.The theoretical prediction value of the pressure is 5% smaller than that the in-situ measuring one.
