摘 要:在对目前国内外抽出式局部通风机的结构、性能进行分析和比较的基础上,研制了FBDC№9.0/2×30型矿用防爆抽出式对旋轴流局部通风机。该机采用对旋轴流式结构,叶片材质采用低碳钢,具有材料成本低、无静电和不老化等优点。对通风机的运转部件——叶轮的强度和刚度进行了有限元分析与计算。样机试验及现场应用表明,研制的通风机最高静压效率达到70.35%,最高全压效率达到74.23%,比A声级噪声为17.6dB,产品安全可靠、运行平稳,有较好的综合性能。Based on the analysis and comparison of domestic and foreign extractable local fan in structure and performance, mine extractable explosion-proof contra-rotating axial flow local fan FBDCNo9.0/2×30 was developed. The fan had the advantages of low cost, no static electricity and non-aging as it used the contra-rotating axial flow structure and low carbon steel blade. The strength and stiffness of the impeller were analyzed and calculated by a finite element method. Sample test and field application showed that the highest static pressure efficiency of the fan was 70.35%, the highest total pressure efficiency was 74.23%, A-class specific sound level was 17.6dB. The fan operated safely and reliably with good comprehensive performance.
