摘  要:根据楔形滑块润滑模型,对Reynolds方程进行差分离散后,通过松弛迭代方法计算油膜压力分布,分析倾斜角度变化对楔形滑块润滑油膜的影响。结果表明:当楔形滑块与ox轴的夹角θ1≠0,楔形滑块与oy轴的夹角θ2=0时,润滑油膜承载量随θ1的增加而先增大后减小,油膜压力呈对称分布,楔形滑块表面最大压力的变化规律与润滑油膜承载量相同,且压力中心向出口区靠近;当θ1≠0,θ2≠0时,θ1保持一定值,润滑油膜承载量和楔形表面最大压力随θ2的增加而增大,θ2保持一定值,润滑油膜承载量和楔形表面最大压力随θ1的增加而先增大后减小,油膜压力呈非对称分布,压力中心向最小油膜间隙处靠近。Based on the lubrication model of wedge-shaped slider, Reynolds equation was discretized by the second-order center difference scheme, the pressure distribution was calculated by relaxation iteration, and the influence on lubrica- tion oil film of wedge-shaped slider with obliquity change was analyzed. It is found that:when the included angle between the wedge-shaped slider and ox axialθ1≠0, and the included angle between the wedge-shaped slider and oy axialθ2≠0, loading capacity of lubrication oil film is first increased and then decreased with the 01 increases, the pressure of film is symmetrical distribution, the variation law of maximum pressure of wedge-shaped slider is similar to the loading capacity, and the position of pressure center drows closer to the outlet region;whenθ1≠0 andθ2≠θ1, G keeps a certain value,load- ing capacity of lubrication oil film and maximum pressure of wedge-shaped slider are increased with the 02 increases;02 keeps a certain value, loading capacity of lubrication oil film and maximum pressure of wedge-shaped slide are first in- creased and then decreased with the 01 increases, the pressure of film is asymmetrical distribution, and the position of pres- sure center drows closer to the minimum gap of oil film.
