摘  要:针对某高功率密度柴油机的气缸盖-气缸垫-气缸套-机体密封系统,建立装配体的有限元三维模型。采用非线性接触分析法,研究发动机功率密度提升后,在预紧工况下气缸垫参数设置对气缸密封仿真计算的影响,对气缸垫密封面的接触应力进行有限元分析,对结构的密封性能通过静态面压试验进行评价。结果表明:采用非线性接触边界条件进行有限元分析,更能体现气缸盖、气缸垫与机体接触面的真实应力,因此非线性接触分析法是研究气缸密封的一种有效途径。The 3D finite element model of the assembly parts was built for the cylinder sealing system among cylinder head, cylinder gasket, cylinder linear and cylinder block of high power density diesel. The effect of cylinder gasket parameters on sealing performance under the pretension working conditions was studied by a nonlinear contact analysis after the updating of engine power. The contact stress of cylinder gasket was analyzed, and the sealing performance of this structure was validated by static state surface pressure test. Results shows that the nonlinear finite element analysis method with conact boundary condition can obtain the real stress among contact surface of the cylinder head, cylinder gasket and cylinder block. Consequently the nonlinear contact analysis method is a better way to research on the cylinder sealing.
