摘 要:研究了不同垄沟覆膜栽培方式对旱作马铃薯土壤酶活性及土壤微生物数量的影响.结果表明:不同垄沟覆膜栽培方式在0~20cm和20~40cm土层中土壤微生物数量及土壤酶活性与不覆膜的对照相比存在明显差异,而且土壤微生物数量与土壤酶活性的变化趋势基本一致,呈明显正相关关系.各处理间微生物数量及酶活性均表现为半膜膜侧种植和半膜垄上种植明显高于对照,据此认为,而全膜双垄沟播和全膜双垄垄播则低于对照.半膜膜侧种植最有利于旱作马铃薯土壤微生物生长及土壤酶活性的提高.The influence of different ridge-furrow film cultivation patterns on soil enzyme activity and rhizospheric soil microorganism quantity of rain-fed potato were researched. The results showed that differ- ent ridge-furrow film cultivation ways at 0-20 cm and 20-40 cm in soil microorganism quantity and soil enzyme activity compared with harrowed bedding system without plastic mulching all had obvious differ- ence, and the change tendency of soil microorganism quantity and the soil enzyme activity was identical, the tendency was that soil microorganism quantity and soil enzyme activity of plastic mulched raised bedding system with furrow planting and plastic mulched raised bedding system with bedding planting were obvi- ously higher than that of harrowed bedding system without plastic mulching plastic mulched raised bedding system with furrow planting compared with no treatment group had very significant difference. Half the membrane planting was the most favorable to rhizosphere microbes growth and improve the soil enzyme ac-tivity.
