摘　　要：从行业企业规模、资产总额、区域企业分布规模及效益,规模以上企业各项支出、行业利润总额、部分企业亏损度等角度,全方面对2011年我国酿酒行业总体发展态势进行分析;提出我国酿酒行业需着手进一步解决产品质量、流通监管,税收政策的完善、提升酒文化影响力等方面的问题。中国酿酒工业协会白酒分会在2011年期间着重在特色区域建设、推进"158计划"、落实"中国白酒169计划"、维护行业利益、完成白酒生产许可技术支持报告几个方面开展了工作。2012年,白酒分会将重点开展:"三会"、"一论文"工作;国家质检总局白酒产品生产许可技术支持项目;推动行业健康持续发展;加强人才队伍建设;进一步推进"中国白酒158计划";促进中国白酒169项目的鉴定和完善工作。The overall development trend of liquor-making industry in China in 2011 was analyzed comprehensively from the angle of industry scale,total assets,distribution and scales and benefits of regional enterprises,expenditures of enterprises above designated size,industry total profits,and the deficit of some enterprises etc.It was suggested that some problems should be settled covering product quality,circulation supervision,taxation policy and liquor culture influence etc.In 2011,liquor branch of China Alcoholic Drinks Industry Association had focused on developing characteristic regions,practicing 158 Plans and Chinese liquor 169 Plans,safeguarding the interests of the industry,and finishing technical support on liquor manufacturing permit etc.In 2012,liquor branch would focus on the following work：completing three meetings and one paper successfully,further promoting health development of the industry,further practicing 158 Plans and Chinese liquor 169 Plans,strengthening talents training,and further perfecting technical support on liquor manufacturing permit etc.
